Summary of December Activities

December was a high intensity execution and expansion month. While November focused on building the operational foundation, December demonstrated visibility, and ecosystem leadership. During the month, we significantly increased the number of supported RevenueCat clients, deepened day to day operational involvement, expanded educational output in Turkish, hosted a major community event, and initiated two strategic ecosystem initiatives that will drive long term pipeline growth: a national scale hackathon and a local RevenueCat community. In parallel, we identified and began addressing a lead generation bottleneck through new positioning and paid marketing collaboration with the RevenueCat team.


RevenueCat x Neon Apps App Founders New Year Party

In December, we hosted the RevenueCat x Neon Apps App Founders New Year Party at the Neon Apps Istanbul office. The event was designed as a high quality, relationship driven community gathering rather than a sales or presentation focused format. Significant Increase in Supported Clients and Ongoing Operations
